In this 60-minute tutorial class, we will learn how to smell, visually assess and define flavor profiles of the wines that we are tasting. We can meet in-person or schedule the class on-line. Learn the guidelines of successful flavor pairing while delighting in the specialty foods from around Sonoma County. I will come to your home or Air BnB. This perfect 45 minute add-on is a compliment to any of the classes. We will make salami roses, and work with other styles of charcuterie learn how to properly and artfully cut cheese and fruit and how to implement color. Build your own mini board to enjoy with your group while you finish the wine from the class. $60/pp

Tilted Platter’s most popular board and the best size to create a work of art on. In this 3.5 hour class, we start at the beginning. With a blank 12x24 tile to create with, I provide the accent plates and adhesive to make a stunning “stage” to showcase your creativity. We’ll spend time learning technique and placement. We’ll create a masterpiece so have plans with friends later! $350/per board Note: Up to 3 people can work on 1 board.

Mount Veeder? Dry Creek Valley? I will source the amazing wines for you and while we taste, we can discuss the growing conditions, farming practices, weather patterns, and generally nerdy topics. Price depends on area/wines selected. I will create a proposal after we touch base.
